What's it all about?
Downtown Dublin is getting fit! We're partnering with CrossFit DGA, owned by Eric and Natalie Bland, to bring a day with you and your spouse, kids, or whoever you consider family to come workout with Downtown and CrossFit DGA - you'll also get to see our local Crossfitters do work as they do their Saturday workout in the streets of Downtown Dublin.

9:00-10:30: Come out and watch CrossFit DGA do what they do best - workout! Have you always wondered exactly what CrossFit is and what all the hype is about? Well, come watch our local Crossfitters and find out!
Open Workout
10:30-12:00: Whether you're a family of one, or you have children, come out and do a specialized workout with CrossFitDGA!
Sips and Slurps
We'll have popsicles and bottled water available for everyone because if you don't already know - you'll leave sweaty and fit! (Well, you'll leave with a renewed appreciation for getting fit.)
For the Kids?
Need to cool off post workout? We'll have a waterslide!
Raffle Time!
